300,000 in the US sounds right which is good, but it must be far more in europe and asia

No, not really. Even if I hope you mean Europe Asia.

SCEE have publically claimed 1.5 million so assuming that's right - and I doubt they'd lie during a Bloomberg interview - then it probably has sold better in Europe and Asia (unless Patcher is way off for the US).

Of course, I bet they're counting each unit sold to retailers - so the 1.5 million will be total shipped bundles, Move wands and Navis to retail not sold to consumers.

Italy apparently received 100K and sold 60K to consumers, so if the 60% sold to consumers held true everywhere (and with some places selling out I actually think some countries saw close to 100% sell through) then that would be 900k units sold to consumers - but like I say many European countries saw retailers sell out for a while so the true total is probably over 1 million sold through to consumers.

Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...

pachter is wrong about everything nowadays, with the scee report of 1.5m in europe, im betting it's higher!!

Even if Pachter is right, his estimate is still way higher than Vgchartz has it at. Pachter says 300k Move Units(so systems, not standalone controller) in September(that's about two weeks of sales) in the U.S. alone.

Vgchartz estimated that Move sold 470000 units as of 8th October(that's a week more sales) with about 40% being from America, witch is only about 200k.

So even with not counting the 1.5m Europe report, it's still severly undertracked. I think all we can do is await a official statement from SCE because right now Move seems to be impossible to track.
