I think 139 euros for a psp game is a good price. I hope that with ths price the sales  increase a bit.

If true, PSP will get a significant boost in sales. With that price drop the PSP would be cheaper than the DS Lite. It won't be able to get close to DS's sales of course, but its' sales will definitely increase very much.

Overall, it makes sense to me. Cutting the price now ensures that the PSP can have a last good holiday season before the PSP2 arrives.

Sony should have done this earlier this year. Now it's pretty late. Still better late than never. 119€ is pretty damn cheap.  Like snfr said this should ensure good last holiday sales for PSP.

Make it a 99€ and I will get one for a portable media player. :p

I feel sorry for that one who recently bought a PSP.

At this price I might consider getting a PSP before a PS3 or a 360, and the 3DS won't be out for some time. There are a bunch of games I want to play on it afterall. Valkyria Chronicles 2 <3 I wonder if I have enough discipline to stay away from piracy though...
