PC gaming bigots - I don't care if your PC can run Crysis at its highest settings, it probably cost you $2000 to get a PC good enough to run it, and 5 years from now you'll have to upgrade it again so it can run the newest games. Consoles are a 1 time purchase of about $300 and more people play them online than PC, with the exception of WoW.

Console gaming fanboys spouting crap how you need $2000 pc to run games.

That's who i hate most.

Religous nuts

People who think that somethings wrong with gaming all the time and yet watch 3-5 hours of TV all the time.

I totally agree with those 2 things as well.

Oh and I don't think we wouldn't get along in real life :)

Actually I also hate Bieber and Activision, and don't like PC bigots and I love the NHL and do not want to see the teams you mentioned leave even if that American south has the worst hockey fans. I also liked the days before the lockout when refs were less strict on penalties. The game had lower scoring bought the rough and tough action and increased fighting made the game great.

I'm about as hardcore a hockey fan as there is and I much prefer the post-lockout NHL. Hockey was really hard to watch from about 1994 to the lockout. None of the skill players were able to display any skill because they were getting mugged in the neutral zone. When I watch hockey I want to see amazing players like Crosby, and Ovechkin actually play hockey, not get bear hugged by some 6 foot 5 gorilla that can barely skate. If I want to watch grown men holding each other i can watch UFC =)

I also don't care about fighting one way or another. Sure, I'm like everyone else that jumps up and cheers for a good tilt, but I also enjoy playoff hockey more than regular season hockey by a lot, and there is absolutely no fighting in the playoffs. If they took it out I'd be fine with it, but I don't mind it staying in either since it disappears naturally when the real games begin.

I certainly dont miss the trap style defense, but there needs to be a better balance between what aggression is allowed and still giving skill players the ability to show off their skills.

Also if you don't think their fighting in playoff hockey we must be watching totally different games because I always felt there was more fighting in the playoffs.

I'm mostly mad from the salary cap because I miss the days when the Avs could spend all the money they wanted to make a badass team every year fighting the hated Red Wings to find out who was number one. So I associate the rule changes with destroying my favorite team to being only average.

We must be watching different games because there is literally no fighting in the playoffs. Teams don't even let their goons on the ice in the playoffs. You don't risk sending your crappiest player out when your season is on the line, and you don't risk sending him out to start a fight when the other player could turn him down and now ur looking at killing off a penalty in the playoffs. It's very rare to see fights in the playoffs. They happen, but not often and only in a natural circumstance.

I'm in favour of a cap. Probably because I'm a die-hard Blackhawks fan, and they had the cheapest owner in the league before the lockout. Team bias aside, though, I still like a cap system. I much prefer the way the NHL and NFL are run than the way MLB is run. You can look at the MLB when teh season starts and point out 15 teams that are guaranteed to miss the playoffs. It's kind of a shame that so many teams have no shot to win every year. At least the NHL now, and the NFL have parity. Teams that are bad take a few years to get good and good teams eventually need to be bad in order to rebuild.

You really can't use baseball as an example for salary caps.  Small market teams make the playoffs all the time.  The unexpected happens frequently and teams like Milwaukee, Tampa, Colorado, Minnesota, Arizona, and Florida have proven it doesn't take money to win.  Of the the nine highest payrolls in baseball, seven did not make the playoffs this year.

Since 2000 though, the NFL and NBA however have both seen at least one team winning three championships in that time.  Both run with their socialistic rule.

Also, baseball has revenue sharing to help keep small market teams alive.  Yeah, the Pirates and Royals both suck, and you could use them as examples, but they might not even exist without revenue sharing at this point.

And one last point, baseball has half the playoff spots as football or hockey, so yes, less teams make the playoffs.

Be for salary caps all you want, but please don't use baseball as an example if you don't watch the sport.

Arizona had 2 picthers making 15 million dollars each on their team when they won. The only team you mentiuoned that is valid for your argument is Florida, and they are an anomaly. I don't think having 1 small market team win the World Series in the past 20 years proves that baseball's revenue sahring system makes it ok not to have a cap.  There's no parity in baseball. There is in the NFL and NHL post-lockout.

Communists - They are the lowest form of life on earth. Share the wealth? What wealth? There is no wealth in communism, just poverty.

I think the Chinese would think differently.

If anything, The United States and Western Europe is more communist than anyone else in the world.  China, Vietnam, Moldova, and Nepal (the last two have democratically elected communists in power) all have much higher GINI coefficients than the West.
