I've completed it with both characters and haven't played it since but I don't remember the scene with the gold DS, if it's fake it's very well done.

wow, so SMG is just like NSMB where you can replay as Luigi? Nice. Does the game change at all? Is Mario the one whom you have to rescue and helps you find additional stars?
