i think they look pretty well-thought, there's a bit of everything, though the 'Complete the X Guild's Questline' could be time consuming. ^^

The achievements (though I care about trophies ) seem great.

And I liek time-consuming (if they are fun to do).

But i doubt that you can do all the career's in one Playthrough.. no matter how good the game is, finishing it 5 times... nah, i like to invest 200 Hours into 1 Character, instead of splitting it over several. Even if there is no real 'additional time' by doing so. :/

(For Example Demon's Souls: i only had one Character to the end, and the same, year back with Phantasy Star Online. Whitill forever lol)

_____________

@ The Score for TW1:

i doubt they gave it more than the second, since they said that TW2 is an IMPROVEMENT. :>.. and as far as i know, TW1 didnt receive any Ratings above 85%. ^^

I dont think you will need to do that. AThe games is very much cast-less like Oblivion. So you should be able to do every questline.

As for the use skill x times, I think I heard somewhere that this game will let you pay to rearrange your skills. Im not sure though.

EDIT - Found this on a GamerNode preview:

http://gamernode.com/previews/9274-two-worlds-ii-hands-on-preview/index.html

"In the same vein, skill points can go toward any class at any time. While players still have the option to be a single-track rogue/mage/warrior/ranger, the experience spent on upgrades for each area can be reassigned at certain locations called "Soul Patchers". For the hardcore RPG fan, this can be taken to a deeper level with unique customization of not only crafts (items, weapons, potions, etc.), but also magic spells. It all sounds great, but given the limited time with the demo, we could only scratch the surface of these systems.  "

So I guess I was right.

well, dont be too cinfident :(..

i found this german Interview http://www.media-review.de/?p=12176 , where he say's

What kinda means:

M-R: will Two World s 2 leave the player to the 'pain of  Choice '(<- see below) and give him the oppurtinity to let him joina  Certain Faction to reward  him with things that can change his Style or give him additional quests with additional Storylines?

Mirek Dymek: He has the Choice, but not the Pain. :) (<-its a german saying, so translating it is stupid, he's requesting for dunno... 'The Agony of Choice?' no idea.)The Player can basically become Member of any Guild, so you dont have to commit to a certain one. But there is a cap for how far you can get in the Single Groups, So for Example, your Traders Career will be over, once you did assasinate their leader for the Thiefs  Guild. And of course, at a certain point of your career, you'll have access to Quests and Items that are  kept away from Non-Members.

I did my best to translate it, hopefully its understandable.

I'm a Foreigner, and as such, i am grateful for everyone pointing out any mistakes in my english posted above - only this way i'll be able to improve. thank you!

Possibly my GOTY 2010.

I wonder how many VGC-ers will get this game and try it online.

The combat they showed looked pretty underwhelming. I'll look for more videos of this before deciding.

"Dr. Tenma, according to you, lives are equal. That's why I live today. But you must have realised it by now...the only thing people are equal in is death"---Johann Liebert (MONSTER)

"WAR is a racket. It always has been.

It is possibly the oldest, easily the most profitable, surely the most vicious. It is the only one international in scope. It is the only one in which the profits are reckoned in dollars and the losses in lives"---Maj. Gen. Smedley Butler

Ah, ok. That is a problem. I remember on Oblivion that if you inisehd the Mages Guild quest before the Thieves Guild, you'd have a quest to rob yourself.

I guess the only way would be to have a separate save point to continue form that point. it beats starting again.
