We are nearing the release of one of the bigger games of the year, and the third iteration of a very controversial series.  Every Fable release thus far has been surrounded by opinionated arguments over whether they are revolutionary masterpieces or ordinary RPG's riddled with mediocrity.

No game has ever made it too AAA status, despite high sales for each iteration (though Fable II came so close!).

So, do you believe that Fable III will gain an aggregate score of 90 or over on Metacritic?  What do you believe it's sales will be first week, first month and lifetime?

I think 91 metacritic and I refuse to predict the sales because you thought I was being silly when I predicted over 4M LTD!

I have to admit, I got quite owned on that part.

Anyway, im going to go with my gut and say this one will crack 5M LTD and be the first 5M plus WRPG on consoles.

Sales - Tricky, but I'll say:

First week: 1.30 million

First month: 3.10 million

Lifetime: 5 million.

Probably a 2.5 ratio in favor of Xbox 360.

You mean Fable II? The original is at like 2.5 million if I remember correctly.

I was never really a huge fan of fable. I especially did not like fable 2. (I preferred fallout)
