You, sir, are a madman.  An enviable madman.

[Are you happy with projectors vs. regular screens?  How long do the bulbs last?  Don't the bulbs cost like hundreds of dollars?]

lol..madman I am. My gf thinks im crazy as well...but she picks her battles, the onese she can win... :)

I am very happy with the projector screen. As long as you get the right screen for your projector mount method, you will have an amazing quality picture. I have a gray screen which reflects like a mofo for the people that are infront of it...lights on, lights off...picture is great. The viewing angle is crap but for a gamer room like setup, its perfect.

Bulb life is supposed to be 3000-4000 hours...200 bucks...i am fine with that.

$250 for a good racing seat?  Hahahaha.

Here's about the cheapest decent racing seat you can get: http://www.gmpperformance.com/index.cfm?PG=detail&PID=87590

That said, I'm totally jealous of your set up (and why go for a REAL race seat if you're not actually going to be racing in it?).  My only complaint is that your shifter is way out of place.  It can't be too much trouble to move it down to a more traditional location.

I tried some of those high end racing seats and pretty much all of them are ass to sit in for more than 15 minutes. I have no clue why anyone would pay 1000 bucks for a racing seat like that. Maybe its the brand name thing. My spine needs more support than Recaros or Sparcos offer...

I may have written racing seat which is my bad...I wanted to say "bucket seat".  The bunch of places I went to had bucket seats from 99 bucks to 300 dollars. So I decided to go with this one as I found it most comfortable. I was honestly contemplating of getting a real 1993-1997 Camaro bucket seat cause I love the seat thats in my car but they were hard to find at car wreck yards. They do have lots of ford escort seats lol

As far as the shifter, the GT Racing wheel I have was made for PS3s GT5 and only has a sequential gear shifter, not an actual clutch/6 speed one like the G25 or G27. I'm really not a serious racer and play my games on automatic transmission so the shifter is fine where it is...Works great for Need for Speed Shift and Sonic all star racing. :) Gonna try Dirt 2 and Sega Rally Evo when I see them on sale...

Nothing spectacular here, 46" Samsung, shit loads of electrical cords :P

Wii is on left sitting on the 360, PS3 is hiding below the desk, same with the PC and the Digital Satellite Receiver :P

Amazing setup,

only small thing that bugs me is the three monitors. The black frame thickness makes it annoying.

One day they will get them thinner and it will be ultimate amazing.

I just had a gamegasm...

I was worriend about that...but to be honest, it isn't as bad as I thought it would be once everything is moving. And those monitors I got have a fat edge too...A little thinner edge would be perfect.

But if you really want to be macdaddy and got the room, this is the way to go. :)
