After an hour of messing around with different settings i got to this. I think its good. I love the game more now with move because i got the settings perfect for me at least. maybe this can help someone else with the move.

Sprint Sway - ON
Play Style - Custom
Player Rotation- 100
Player Pitch - 0
Gesture Sensitivity - 80
Scope Sensitivity -60

Normal Play
Pitch Area-70
Turning Area-0
Pointer Sensitivity-70

Fixed Iron Sights- On

Iron Sights
Pitch Area-0
Turning Area-0
Pointer Sensitivity-50

Thanks for sharing your setting ill definitely give it a try.  I tried MAG on the default Move setting and everything just seemed slower than how i'd normally play it using a DS3 controller.

I gotta say playing FPS with the Move definitely gives a different yet still fun way to play the game.  Im seriously wondering what ideas MS has for Kinect controls for a FPS game without any controller.

Only move.  I tried it with the DS3 and it wasn't for me.  This feels more natural to me.

yea i know what you mean.  i was going to give up on setting it up right for the move.   if you still think its slow just turn up the pointer sensitivity in the Normal Play settings.
