I'd say you can run Crysis on medium settings with a 1280x1024 resolution at constant 30FPS.

the graphics card is holding you back.

Agreed with Barozi. You may be able to squeeze some prettier graphics with some custom configs/TOD's. I like CCC and there's also this other one I don't remember the name of. If it comes to me I'll post it.

Low to Medium. I used to have a 7900GT which is slightly faster than what you have with the 330 M. I got it to work at medium with about 15-20 FPS with some heavy customization and it just wasn't enough to satisfy my need of smooth gameplay. The rest of your machine is fine but the mobile GPU really holds you back.

These are just synthetic tests but they give you a ballpark figure of where your machine lies.
