Take for example Batman Arkham Asylum a mulitplatform game, playing as the Joker only came for the PS3 version.
Do you think developers adding exclusive content on a Console for a multiplatform game is a good idea.

It depends how big it is, small things don`t matter too much. Big stuff like entire expansions can really ruin someone`s experience.
It's really a case by case thing. Exclusivity windows or DLC are really the only options though, as HD R&D is just too expensive to support full exclusivity anymore (for the most part).
Something like the joker for batman is a non-issue for me but when whole expansions e.g lost/damned or fallout 3 get delayed kinda ruins the experience for me.
Meh usually TIMED exclusive which is annoying at most.
Look @ GTA4 DLC,fallout 3 DLC,COD map pack etc etc.
Personally I have been turned off from buying a few games due to platform exclusive content for another platform. So if that is a common case it is probably not a wise idea.
In the case of a older game getting re-launched on a new platform I think it is probably a good idea in order to generate some fresh interest and making the owners of the delayed platform feel a little less mistreated.
Eh... exclusive content at least seems like a lesser "evil" than full exclusivity. Not getting some DLC or an expansion pack is better than not getting the game at all...
no it's retarded, it makes you feel cheated.... exactly as DLC comming out in small doses makes you feel like it should have been on the disc.

you can have them on a disc, thats why they call it the GOTY edition. but one problem the Gty edition comes out after a long time.
