It being on 3DS is disappointing but it's better than nothing. I would gladly exchange it with Mega Man Universe though :/

You can keep your universe to yourself (I rather have 3DS game than XBLA or PSN game that isn't exactly looking good). I want Legends.

I'm not bashing the 3DS, it looks very cool but I'm not a handheld person, I have never owned a handheld because I rarely travel and hardly I'm in a situation where I need a pocket diversion.
