Right, I know the "cinematic story driven" games are sort of the central theme for the PS3, but there is still lots of stuff I DO like: I already named some, and Fl0w and Warhawk have now been added to my list.

I got a PS3 and 360 last week for a total of 300 dollars, so there's plenty for me to buy at that price; AND I get a Blu Ray player. So I'm more than satsfied.  

 Assassins Creed is 100 percent anti-bodhesatva. Think of it as the antithesis of my gaming preferences. 

I do like the sound of EoJ though, now that you mention it. Perhaps I'll give that a whirl, although I now have a more-than-full plate already when combined with my Wii and PC games :p 

At least your reason's are great ^_^ and amen to another High-Def viewer! Umm yeah and since you got the 60 you have a HUGE library of ps2 titles to play :P You'll be gaming for some time to come I'm sure of it :)

Look into Ratchet. Since you like the Wii, I'd assume you would enjoy that game.

I hate RPGs, Leo, really passionately. Zero interest. The only RPGs I've liked for some time are MMOs.

Try to look from what I like, instead of what you do :p
