Man PS3 exlcluisves are so weak now, not in term of quality just importance. Out of all those games only 1 will hit 3 million and thats LBP2.

Back in the PS2 days they had Timed/Exclusivity on GTA, Final Fantasy, Metal Gear Solid, Tekken etc and now theyve lost it all to Xbox no wonder its struggling this gen.

Now theres exclusives like Ratchet and Clank, theyre just ok games, theyre all pretty much identical and the franchise should have died a while ago. The last one only did a million.

Socom 4 will flop because everyones into Call of Duty now.

Yakuza is only big in Japan.

Twisted Metal will be lucky to hit 1 million.

Killzone 2 disappointed in sales, Killzone 3 wont be all that big.

All its once big franchises its just lost except for GT, which is the only exclusive bigger than Xbox's Gears of War. God of War, Uncharted are doing well but compared to last gen its nothing all that special.

The PS3 had L.A Noire its lost that, it could have a big hit with Final Fantasy Vs 13 and it could lose that, Kingdom Hearts 3 another surefire success itll probably lose that aswell.

HAHAHAH!

I rather have 10 AWSOME exclusives that sells 1-3m than 1 exclusive that sells gazillion.

have fun playing sales, must suck hard having only 1 exclusive next year.....

Ginyu has made a good point, but my answer to this is that the 360s top selling exclusives are shooters and they feature massive online modes. Killzone 2 came out too late after Halo on a console fanbases who were more intertesed in other games. how much would those games sell if they didnt feature multiplayer??

and i think we belive that PS3 software sales are still slightly undertracked in EEMEA, so... but its fair point. imo this is why GT5 shouldnt be compared to Halo or shooters, its simply not in that league. but dont forget kinect will have many dance/fitness games next year, i think a lot of people will get a PS3 simply because they're not interested in those types of games, and they're more intertested in what PS3 has to offer imo.

A useless point....

The thread is about the number of exclusive comming out next year for PS3 yet his talking about SALES.

Wonder why?....ohhh thats right because thats pretty much all the other console's exclusive has going for it next year, THE SALES.

They can't compete with an overwhelming number of TOP quality exclusives so time to change the subject to how much they sell to make it look like its a bad thing LOL! typical.

Yeah, i am aware of what he was doing, but what he said was true, nothing in PS3s repitore has come close to Halo's sales, and theres a good reason for that imo. online multiplayer.

no of course they cant compete with those exclusives, which imo is why kinect exists in the first place. but i still think these games will sell a lot better next year.

Ok....i dont have a Xbox, but its funny that you assume i own a Xbox and not a PS3 just because i took a little jab at the PS3. I have a PS3 i'll be buying several of these games.

But that doesnt mean PS3 has weak exlusives now in the sales department.

Haha, you all are forgetting this one, Redwood Falls or whatever its going to be called. The one that uses Playstation Move as a torch that no one knows about.

Pathetic Earthlings

I forgot that the other platform owners aren't allowed to buy multiplatform. Shame my friends play on 360s so the only exclusives I'm probably going to get are Infamous II and Uncharted 3 if it comes out. Not even interested in the announced 360 exclusives next year. But all the other sony exclusives excluding littlebigplanet 2 and the last guardian will have multiplatform titles of their genres release next year that will both outsell them on the ps3 and be better rated then them. Of course though, fanboys will still claim the exclusives are better games because I completly forgot being exclusive makes the game better by default.Thats why its a shame so few people failed to buy the video game masterpieces Too Human And Lair.

Not really, the only one I will likely buy is Infamous 2. The rest don't give me too much hope.

Tease.
