Oh yeah, I forgot to explain to you that "nobody even mentioning the word doom up until that point" is poor reasoning.

Imagine some woman, like Morgan Webb, makes a silly comment and there's a thread about it. Now a lot of people come in and call her a bitch or say that women in general have no clue about video games. Then someone comes in and says "God, I'm so fed up with all those sexist comments" despite nobody even mentioning the words sexist or sexism up until that point. But the context was there and that's the important point.

So if numerous people say or imply in a thread that the Wii is at the end of its run and it's only going down from here on out, then a person is not wrong to say that he's fed up with all the doom comments.

"Doomed" means a product is currently going through a rough time but it will be back to outselling it's competitor's on a weekly basis X amount of months from now.
