Forums - Sales - YoY Sales and Market Share Update Ambiguity?

If you look at the 2010 Year on Year Sales and Market Share Update to Spetmber 18th, 2010, you will see X360, Wii and PS3 annual sales at 6.60 million, 9.50 million, and 7.03 million respectivly.

However you go to the annual summary tab in Data analysis, VGChartz lists X360, Wii, and PS3 annual sales at 6.28 million, 8.59 million, and 6.51 million sales respectivly.

Why is there a difference in sales? Also why is the 360-PS3 annual gap 430k instead of 230k? In Mind the Gap I know VGChartz uses the later data, why is the primary data for theYOY and Market Share Update different?
