This isn't my desktop, but I do have Compiz Fusion and the Dock clone which make it look identical. The best part is that this will run on 512MB RAM+Integrated Graphics, and run smoothly on 1GB RAM+Cheap Graphics Card.

View it fullscreen, and then tell me it doesn't look good.

Of course not. It's Linux. They didn't "copy" Mac, because Linux is a mix-and-match thing so you can't seperate "the operating system" from "the programs users create and run".
