It is my birthday tomorrow and my wife told me that she will get me another console. I have few hours to decide which one I will get so I am asking what do you guys think?

I own a 360 kinect with a lot of games. I also own a ps2 with 20 or so games original xbox with many games . I have a bluray-player. I have a general dislike for many japanese games, including most nintendo ones.

Some of my favourite games this gen:

Mass effect, Lost Odyssey, Halo3/reach, CoD, Crackdown, Gears of war1/2, cmr:dirt, Forza, NHL&FIFA, Dragon age, GTA 4 eps, Saint's row, Condemned, Fallout 3, Borderlands, Alan wake and so on..

From ps2/xbox:

FF X, GT4, GTA:s, Halo1&2, KOTOR1&2, arx fatalis, morrowind, burnout 3, rallisport challange, colin mcrae rally (05?), forza, jade empire and some horror games. Can't remember their names now. :P

I do know that 360 and ps3 share a lot of games, so mostly I am talking about exclusive games. Which one would offer more to me? (Some times you can get a ps3 version of a multiplatform game for cheaper than 360 version and vice versa)

On topic: If you're not into Nintendo titles I think there's not much use getting the Wii.

If you own a 360 then a PS3 would be pretty useless. They share 90% of the games library.

If you like nintendo titles like mario, zelda, Donkey kong country!!, kirby, Wii series etc and a few 3rd party gems on it like no more heroes, monster hunter, epic mickey, and a few exclusive RPG's then get a Wii. If not a PS3, t has uncharted 2, GT5, ratchet. infamous, God of War 3, Heavy rain, metal gear solid 4 and lots of RPG's as well. I personally like to keep my Wii/HD balance intact 

Based on the games that you mentioned it seems that you should get a ps3 for games like Uncharted 2, Mgs4, GT5 and Killzone 2.

Well, I am not sure if that alleged 10% is still more for me than what wii would offer. Once again, for me. That is why I made this thread.

I guess you took a look at my favourite games and can tell me some games which might catch my attention on wii? (seeing that you are a Wii/360 owner)

Based on your post I would suggest a PS3.
