Forums - Gaming - Move/Kinect Epic Mickey: "There Are Talks Going On"

So it seems the Wii may lose some exclusives now...

Love the product, not the company. They love your money, not you.

Well dunno if I should get the Wii version now, I mean I really wanted this game, but its not like there aren't others this holiday I can get instead and if a PS3 version can come in say 6 - 8 months I might just wait for that.

hmmmm decisions...decisions

Seriously what a STUPID statement to make by the games producer, its already made me consider if I will get the Wii version at all and just wait for the Ps3 one.

well that´s what makes them special

and the wii continues to get shat upon when it comes to high quality 3rd party exclusives

face it 3rd party devolper are less focus on the wii than any thing else.

HERE'S MY POINT:well lets see does nintendo own the company that's making the game no. does nintendo own the rights for epic mickey no. so of course it can go multiplat no big surprises here.

I hope for lots of WII/Move games, kinect can do its own thing but people love controllers and a platformer without a controller seems horrible IMO so Wii/PS3 would be nice unless we get another Lord of the Rings fiasco and have a PS3 game with Wii graphics.

Man come on, can't Wii have a single exclusive? Throw them a freakin bone here. I mean they're getting f'ed in the a enough as it is by the third parties.

um, almost every game that comes out for the wii is exclusive.  Perhaps you mean a single good exclusive?

While the 3rd party situation is deplorable in comparison to what is could (maybe should) have been, there are more than a few good (to excellent) 3rd party exclusives (depending on your tastes of course) . What he more probably means is a single 3rd party exclusive in which the 3rd party has actually invested their all (as in a BIG effort).

Currently Playing: Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked, Professor Layton and the Curious Village

Anticipating: Xenoblade, The Last Story, Mario Kart 7, Rayman Origins, Zelda SS, Crush3D, Tales of the Abyss 3DS, MGS:Snake Eater 3DS, RE:Revelations, Time Travellers, Professor Layton vs. Ace Attorney, Luigi's Mansion 2, MH TriG, DQ Monsters, Heroes of Ruin

Epic Mickey isn't going mutliplat. They say a variation of "Talks going on" in practically every interview because "journalists" have aggressively inferred that Epic Mickey has no business on Wii and question Junction Point's decision at every turn. The fanboys don't want it on Wii so replying with "it could happen" is an easy way to get the pitbulls off of their ass.

Maybe going by your definition of "good", but not going by my definition of the term.
