why buy the Wii version when the xbox/ps version will be superior

Maybe because it doesn't exist? :P

not right now, no. But if there is talks about it, it probably will come.

Well, 1... is I'd rather play everything on PS3... but I hate motion controls so I won't buy the Move... But I have a wii. So that's a situation to get it for Wii

The question is... will it come at launch if at all? If it doesn't it depends how much you are willing to wait for ps3, and or care for the updated graphics.

And 3... maybe you just don't want/have a ps360

the rate of 3rd parties abandoning Wii will increase dramatically once Kinect and Move settles in 2011..IMO

Impossible - they all already escaped :D

Actually move might be beneficial for Wii if publisher will be able to make motion controled PS3/Wii game

I actually agree. Also, for those complaining - Epic Mickey is coming out for the Wii end November, there is no way on earth that a PS360 version will come out then. Best case for the PS360 is sometime 2011.

Also, regardng whoever said "PS360 superior version"- haha, the Move version maybe yes maybe no (depending on whether it will be from the ground up or just latched on Move controls), but I doubt the Kinect version will be "superior" (unless of course anything that is HD is automatically superior for you regardless of gameplay and controls).

Currently Playing: Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked, Professor Layton and the Curious Village

Anticipating: Xenoblade, The Last Story, Mario Kart 7, Rayman Origins, Zelda SS, Crush3D, Tales of the Abyss 3DS, MGS:Snake Eater 3DS, RE:Revelations, Time Travellers, Professor Layton vs. Ace Attorney, Luigi's Mansion 2, MH TriG, DQ Monsters, Heroes of Ruin

I could see it working with Move. If Move takes off then I think there's a good chance for a PS3 version.

Don't now about Kinect...

i have a hard time imagining how this type of game should  work with kinect.

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

I don't mind that they're thinking about porting it. I do mind that he said it out loud while the Wii version is still to release. That can only serve to stifle sales of the Wii version.

A game I'm developing with some friends:

It is largely a technical exercise but feedback is appreciated.

I would love an HD version off Epic Mickey. HD would really benefit this game IMO.

How our favorite systems are just like humans and sometimes have issues finding their special someone...

Xbox 360 wants to KinectPS3 wants to Move!  Why are both systems having such relationship problems?  The reason is they both become so infactuated with desire while watching the Wii as it waggles on by. They simply want what they can't have.

Agreed.

I can't believe they were dumb enough to come out and even hint at the possibility.

Wii gets comments like this all the time...

"We might do a Wii version of ****"

"We have considered Wii"

"I wouldn't rule out a Wii version"

"We all love the Wii and play it all the time, but we have nothing in the works ATM"

And we never seem to get anything out of it. If they really do port it over though, saying this a couple of months before release is PLAIN STUPID...
