congrats ME2... although I'm still trying to beat ME2 on insanity mode inbetween playing other games... the frustration level is almost making me throw the game in the fire....

Seeing some people playing this game on normal is a JOKE.

;(

*Sits in a corner, bowing head down in shame*

very good game, i agree its sales should be alot more, if it gets a price reduction for the holiday's . a year's end total of 2.5 million isnt out of its reach on just the 360.

Its already going for $30.

Its doing about 20K a week for a while now. I predict it'll be around 2.3 by the end of the year.

Weren't some people calling this a flop earlier this year?

Backfire at the fanboys who was calling KZ2 a flop for selling 2m plus.

actually they all disapeared when it's ME2's turn.........

Didn't Killzone 2 have a huge development and marketing budget? It was also being hyped a Halo kliller. These are some of the reasons why people called it a flop.

ME2 doing 2 million in under a year seems great to me. I would assume the PC version did very well also.

isn't mass effect 2 the highest rated (console) exclusive on the 360?? and ME2 doesn't scream low budget either

Bet reminder: I bet with Tboned51 that Splatoon won't reach the 1 million shipped mark by the end of 2015. I win if he loses and I lose if I lost.

I did feel a little betrayed about the change of direction they had.

I might be (probably, am) wrong, but I felt the first one was more interested on exploring sci-fi worlds and concepts while the second was focused on delivering a high-octane action experience with a space backdrop.

Current-gen game collection uploaded on the profile, full of win and good games; also most of my PC games. Lucasfilm Games/LucasArts 1982-2008 (Requiescat In Pace).

In a lot of ways it fit the tone of the story better.  ME was about discovering how big and amazing the galaxy was (well, at least Citadel-controlled space).  ME2 was more about how corrupt and morally ambiguous the galaxy was (well, at least the Terminus systems).  ME was about human expanse.  ME2 was about human survival.  ME was Citadel forces combining to stop a horrible threat.  ME2 was a rogue human organization funding a 'suicide squad' to stop species annihilation.

Wow ... the more I type the more I realize that THIS is THE definitive series of this gen!
