There are certain qualities that are needed to be a good soldier. IMO if you are gay there will be sooner or later some sort of discrimination, so I dont see the sillynes in this. Its just something that will happen sooner or later either officially or by your comrades

Dude, you can read into this what you like.  What I said was Lady Gaga has made a claim to fame by making having a mental disorder trendy (look at her vidoes as evidence of that, from Telephone to Bad Romance, where she gets people killed).  I had also said that, due to her unstable state, I have no idea if she would go and support MAMBA.  I knew there was a reason I had to add something to what I originally wrote, because an individual like you would misread what I wrote.

As far as hoping, I hope you seriously get your own personal issues worked out.  You need to stop reading things into situations that aren't there, like this.  And if I am an irritant to you, you need to seriously get over this and perhaps grow up.  I am sorry, but life doesn't exist to give you what you want, and you will run into people who disagree with you, that you won't be able to address in your mind.  Your wanting me banned goes WAY beyond this... seriously.

If you have issues, flag me and talk to mods about me.  That is the normal way to do it.  Very likely nothing will come about.

I must have misunderstood you posts, I think. Anyways I'm pretty sure GaGa's bizarro image is constructed by her image councilors. I think you're stretching in by saying she herself has a mental disorder or is unstable. She's more likely doing all this so she stands out and seems original and edgy. It's not like if you visit her house you'll find her wearing those ridiculous clothes she wears in public, or a dead body on her couch. You're taking what you see and read about her way too seriously. She's just your regular attention-seeking whore like most celebs.

My comment about her talking with the Pope was meant to be funny (you know, a celeb like Lady GaGa - with her image and all - taking it upon herself to solve all the world's issues).

I was commenting that her IMAGE is one of making having a mental disorder trendy (likely playing up the gaga angle).  She does the song, "Bad Romance" where she ends up burning a lover in bed.  She does the Telephone video where she ends up poisoning an entire diner.  In real life, an individual doing such things, is considered mentally ill.   You can go with the rest of her weirdness as part of that.  So, I would say her image handlers decided to make her appear unhinged.   Based on this, I said I have no idea where she is going to come out for anything.  She may end up either supporting PETA or the NRA, or both.

Beyond the public persona, I am sure she is sane.  It is just that her public persona is what she is when she is trying to communicate to people.  The Gaga persona is what people care about.

I definately agree with that. And quite frankly I don't see what people like about the whole "GaGa persona". Guess the people handling her image were inspired though.

By the way, my comment wasn't meant to be fully serious, more like taking the absurity of Lady GaGa and taking it places that was meant to be an absurdity that would fit.  Call it a weak attempt at humor, or an attempt at being witty that was only marginally so.  It was meant to be in a similar area your original comment was about, in regards to GaGa needing to discuss with the Pope political manners.

In the case of image and impact, being in the entertainment field means it is critical you not be ignored, which would explain better to look insane, than to be plain.  GaGa has some talent, but the rise on the insane persona isn't one I think is a good sign.  I am personally disturbed that she seems to wear this insanity pretty well though.

there was an ex infamous australian rules footballer called jason akermanis who said that the gay footballers should stay in the closet as the footy world is not ready for it. so this could be the case for the army as well. i don't think there is a diffrece in someone abilitys by them being gay they might just like the cock.

but this jason was sacked a couple of months ofter that cause he could not keep his mouth shut.

If that's the case I don't get why gays just stop joining the army, and those who are already there simply quit (I woudl do just that if I were in their shoes). Let's see who the biggest loser is then.
