It will be a fantastic game. Anyone who's played any of Ueda's games will not worry in the slightest.

You're right. I won't make this into a Heavy Rain though.

Because I agree it will be an absolutely fantastic game. It's my most awaited PS3 game ever. Those noices I'm sure are only place holder voices. The trailer is basically the old trailer only from a slitghlty different angle and without the game's real music, place holder music for trailer's sake.

Also, they've been working on the ICO collection, brushing up some of the artwork amongst others.

It took 15 weeks to do the GoW collection. And lets be honest with ourselves. The game will consist of at best a 20 hour single player. 

The God of War games already ran well on the PS2, and Sony Santa Monica pride themselves on writing clean code. Making the God of War Collection was probably not all that hard. We don't know how easy translating ICO and SotC was, and we don't know what artwork they are making better either. The GoW Collection didn't have a 3D mode either.

And we don't know what the game will be like, we know next to nothing about it. Furthermore, as far as I know, the team only consists of around 40 people.

Not to mention the God of War Collection wasn't handled by Sony Santa Monica.  It was farmed out to a third party studio.

@Patapon:  I meant I want the trailer on my ps3!  So I can view it on my HDTV!

Could someone summarize what we know about this game?

Honestly I was hoping for a bit of Panzer Dragoon-like action (with a bit of Nintendogs thrown in for developement), but maybe that isn't what this is.

One last thing, the creature and the backgrounds are stunning, but the boy looks shockingly out of place (art-style wise).  Was that decision intentional?

- The game now has a release area, was just announced last year, but people still complain.

Can't some of you just be happy the game is being worked hard on and now has a release? I'm glad they are taking their time, the game will benefit because of it. Besides, it's not like there will be nothing to play in the meantime.
