As I've said before, I can temporarily steal a power for one night. Think of me as a roleblocker who gets to use the power of the person he roleblocked for that night.

Yeah, but the question is, "Can you use, tonight, the kill power you got off Heph last night?" 

And if the answer is "yes" I really think you should do that.  But don't tell us who you're going after for reasons people already pointed out.

I can't use a power I stole last night on today's night. I can only use it on that same night.

So, what, you get a PM telling you what you got and then you have to PM back a new target?  Or you have to decide in advance who to hit with your new power? 

I don't like the sound of either one:  the first, because it would drag out the night and why didn't you use it; and the second, because you wouldn't know if you were killing or protecting or blocking or whatevering that person.

OK tell me what you think of this idea.  Use it again on Heph.  If a bus driver redirects you, it's a small loss as you don't know what anyone else has anyway.  Blocking doesn't matter because that's YOU, not him. 

If you get a kill power ... use it on Heph.  In fact if you get any power at all that proves he's lying. 
The only downside to this plan is that if Heph is not lying you wasted possibly your last night on this earth
