Yes reflect does have around  5/17 to hit scum, but you have to factor that the chance of him being indeed Target

on night 1 was 1/17

He doesn't have to be the target. Gow takes the ability of whoever he uses it on. He gets reflected by heph, and it randomly hits anyone else. being that he and heph are not part of the group being targeted (if what they''re both saying is true) Then it's out of 15 people. Because I know I don't have the kill ability, it's out of 14 people. Add on P&P, that's 12. On top of that, if there is a mafia kill, an SK, and a vigilante, then that's roughly a chance of 25% to hit someone with a kill option.

I'd consider both you and gow3 mafia if I still thought that ignorance = guilt, but as it turned out last game, it was the people who were the least ignorant that were mafia.. still, both of you are untrustworthy, but yes, heph is a liability. 

Strictly speaking heph is a safe lynch target. He's either a vanilla townie or a mafia. His story is very skeptical but you guys refuse to see that he could be telling the truth. We still have 6 people to come in and say something.

I'm not going to tell you to remove your vote, because in all rights, he is a safe lynch either way...but I really don't think heph is going to get lynched anytime today.

Yes you are crazy because as he said, and as I also believe, a cop would have outed himself had he targeted heph to provide a verdict based on the result of the reflect.

Now, instead, we can always just ask the cop to use it on him again. I would not ask gow to waste his ability on heph because he might be vanilla and that would be a waste of an awesome power. Though if I would believe a cop coming out and saying he's innocent or guilty is another story..

Look. His name may actually help the mafia. If he has a name that could allow for mafia to pick any name they wanted, that would be a huge help, additionally there are several other ways it could help mafia which I won't get into at this moment.
