What?  Where did Homer say the target would be informed.  The target is almost never notified that they have been protected.  The only case where I have seen that is when a Jailkeeper targets a role that is supposed to get information back from the mod, like a cop.

According to Homer, his investigation on you couldn't have been affected by anything else, because there's a 100% chance of it hitting. 

That pretty much contradicts your belief that you got switched with someone or his role got tempered with.

I thought he said that the protection was premanent and that the investigation was 100% accurate (but could be 100% accurate on the wrong person) i.e. it would have detected SKs, Godfathers, etc. 

If you are correct and the investigation was supposed to hit its intended target no matter what, that ... changes things. 

The way I read it was that the protection was fail-proof, not permanent.  As in, absolutely nothing would go through it.

I think the only person who could answer the question about the investigation is Dtewi himself.  Homer said it was also fail-proof, but it is hard to say if its aim could be affected by another role.

Homer has said these things:

"it says the reason I can only investigate one person with my powers is because the person I investigate I get a definite result on (i.e. anything that would normally potentially give a false result on someone will not affect my investigation)"

"as people want to know, my other ability is to make one person immune from a night kill during the game, I have not yet chosen to use this however, like my investigation, this ability is guaranteed to work, regardless of who targets that person and such."

I interpret bodysnatch-type tricks as being true answers on the wrong person.  You can ask Homer to ask dtewi for clarification in that hypothetical scenario. 

And I interpreted "during the game" to mean "for the duration of the game after I use the power" but again you can ask Homer to confirm/deny.

One thing that might have me biased is that if I lynch Homer and he turns up innocent I'll be dead meat!  My body snatch theory will not save me, and I wouldn't blame you either.

Isn't it awfully convenient that the roleblocker has failed to block anything, since he's targeted the ONE person with no powers twice in a row?

I honestly don't find Republic's actions very suspicious.

He is really not giving Final_Fan any breathing room. Republic tends to do that when he's innocent. once he's convinced someone is scum, he doesn't let them go.

I know this for a fact because 4 or 5 games ago he wouldn't get off my ass until I was lynched after I convinced almost everyone I was town(I was actually scum).

I kind wanna believe he's town...
