I would argue that there's a pretty good diversity in Move's game lineup...even right at launch...Even if there aren't many choices in each genre, seem to represent just about all of them with the exception of action/adventure

Yes, but there's like what, 12 games which will support move, compared to the 900ish games on the Wii, so the chance of finding something you like is much smaller. I'm not bashing the idea, it just needs more time, is all.

Unlike what Move can do: they cannot add a 3D camera to the move Experience.

Why can't they?

While they could, they of course wouldn't release a camera that uses the same expensive technology as Kinect. But there are already rumors that Sony is going to release a stereoscopic 3D version of the Playstation Eye:

http://playstationlifestyle.net/2010/07/01/sony-may-be-working-on-3d-playstation-eye/

And such a step would completely make sense, considering that Sony is going all 3D. The manufacturing costs for a 3D playstation eye would only be slightly higher than the costs for the normal Playstation Eye. Move's would become even more accurate, especially when it comes to distance resolution. Unlike Kinect it would allow for 3D video chat and recording 3D video, which would be kind of a killer feature for people who already own a 3DTV and might even get more people interested in 3DTVs.

And it would actually allow for exactly the same games as Kinect, but using a completely different technology. Though it's very questionable if Sony would be doing that, as it would require a lot more cpu processing than even Kinect, so the lag would even be bigger and it would feel even inferior to Kinect.

Is a bit of a tough question - the Wii has had years to amass an incredible library of motion control games, whilst Kinect and Move have not. regardless, I voted for the Wii because of cost and the fact that Nintendo can be relied upon to make lots of incredible games that appeal to me personally

Wii, only because of the price, i think the other 2 are too expensive

This. Also, Move should benefit WM Plus, that up until now lacked 3rd party support, as porting of Move games shouldn't be difficult. So PS3 and Move could bring WM Plus some hardcore games as a side effect.

And the other way around as well...Except I do have the hope that they wouldn't simply port from Wii to Ps3, and would put some severe polish in there...

I'll be honest here, I don't like a single one of the wii games that I have played that rely on motion control tactics...And it's not even because of the Wii itself...I never really think that any of the games I've played that rely on motion feel like a Full game...They always feel like mini-games that are mini-games of themselves, like demos, if you would....

While Sports Champions only has 6 different types of sporting events, I personally feel as if they have gone through a great deal of making those 6 sporting events all they could be given the system and development procedures to deliver quality of content...

This is my opinion, but who knows, maybe people share my opinion hence me sharing it here.

Just waiting for that PS Vita to come out so I can play some full featured games on the go with that beautiful screen and control scheme...

900ish games that support motion controls on the Wii?...How about what...6 that actually utilize them well?(IMO)

There's a lot more than 12 games on the Ps3 itself...it's not like you'd be limited to 12 games, you'll have DualShock3 for anything that Doesn't support Move, but that's off-topic

I agree with the fact that few games NEED motion controls, but some games do well with a light influence (ie Galaxy 2, Metroid, NSMB), some discount it completely (bit:trip, Monster Hunter), and some use it well (Resort, Red Steel 2). It's why I'm worried that Kinect will bomb- no-one's gonna stand doing it ALL THE TIME

Right, I'd argue that the games that actually are created for the Wii with 100% or close to it motion control in mind...are slim to none in excellent titles...which is why i'm looking to Playstation Move to fill that personal preference gap for me...I like the idea of motion controls, I just don't think that they have actually been executed all that well Yet...I'm picking up Move today after work, planning on giving my full opinion on how it works, and the games that are available to me at launch...Here's hoping that my motion gaming twitch gets fixed in a good way...

Well, let me know if (and how well) it works. I just feel as though companies will MOVE (haha, get it... sorry) their shovelware from the Wii to the Move and Kinect. I'm sure that, just like the Wii, it'll have SOME good games (I personally think that FPS' are infinitely enhanced by pointer controls), but it will end up with a slurry of poor, cheap cash-ins if it's successful, or without support if not...

LOL, from the polls results it looks like Sony's and MS' conversions to motion control provoked also in most MC haters conversions worthy of St. Paul on the way to Damascus!  : P  The few ones left are just a small bunch of die-hard pagans!!!
