Um, does Ninja Gaiden 2, Fable 2, Infamous, LBP, and Gears actually have release dates and not estimates? No. So as far as I know, none of these games come out in 08.

leo mate, I know you've suffered from a severe lack of good exclusives this year, while watching both the consoles you consider rivals enjoy a plethora of fantastic games, but don't assume that whilst a few decent PS3 exclusives appear to be coming out next year, that the Wii and 360 are standing still. The Wii has two or three of it's biggest first party titles hitting next year, and the 360 is already showing that it will more than compete with the PS3's line-up next year, even without unannounced Microsoft games.

Both the ps3 and 360 have strong lineups. The question is which lineup will move more consoles??

 Ninja Gaiden 2 is already looking very polished, and the original demonstration showed that a lot of levels are completed.  They are aiming for Q2 so I would definately expect it in 2008. As for the others it is less sure, though I would expect Fable 2 to come out.  It's been in production for some time and the developers diary's show it to be coming along nicely.  Peter Molynuex just said two days back he expects it for Holidays 2008.

Epic is very good about getting sequels out, but it seems a bit soon.

Well if RFoM 2 can hit 08 then so can GoW2

 Insomniac has a history of delivering new games every year

so does epic more or less, or they can do it.

NG2 looks pretty polished and Team Ninja has a decent history of getting stuff out on time. Molyneux has stated that F2 will be out "when the leaves turn". He's probably shooting for October.

As for the others, who freakin' knows. I expect LBP to release in 08 but I'm pretty skeptical of Gears and Infamous.
