It would have been nice to see a few Wii games up there, but as long as Nintendo has Miyamato pushing the classics, all is good. ;)
This thread has really devolved into a spatting Reach vs. Gran Turismo debate. This is a a sales site, and it's good to debate. But what I sense is 360 fanboyism praising sales over gaming. Honestly, I'm not a fan of FPS's especially science fiction ones, ad I'm not a huge racing fan. But I've always seen Gran Turismo as a hardcore staple for gamers. And off the top of my head, I only count Fable III, Gran Turismo, and LBP2 as the hardcore selections on the top 20 NA pre-order list. The market is going more and more casual with so many shooters and shooting based games especially. This includes Halo Reach. The Halo franchise has never appealed to me, and I'm not going to knock it because it's just not my preference. Look, to have a game you're looking forward to that sells well is always nice. But I'm afraid with the current climate it seems that some are using sales a fanboy ammo to help justify their fanboyism. Either the hardcore gamer is dying out or being lost in a sea of casuals. Either way, it's not a good sign of things to come.
Hackers are poor nerds who don't wash.
