Metroid Queen is really bothering me at the moment. How am I supposed to freeze them all to even charge up a super missile? I'll get one frozen, maybe two or three... but when I go into the FPS mode to blast 'em, I get my brains sucked out by the other two or three hanging around. It's very annoying. -_-
And yeah, the bosses are pretty neat on a cinematic level, but all you have to do for the most part is spam-sense dodge and charge-beam/missile combo them until they drop. I found the Metroid Prime/Corruption's Ridley fights to be more dynamic and fun.
And I can't believe that Ridley was a cute cat-bear-pig-thing. I'm more mad at his (literal) delvelopment than Samus' at the moment.*rolls eyes*
Still, the game really starts to get very fast paced once you get to the lava-whale guy (another incredibly easy boss). So I'm very much liking the second half of the game compared to the first half.
