And of course Reach sold massively, even if it didn't hit 5 million. It's not only a legitimate Halo game/prequel to the trilogy, it's Bungie's swan song for the Halo franchise and everyone who follows the franchise knows it.

As an IP, Halo is the absolute biggest gun in the Xbox's selection of exclusives.
