I tryed to play through it the other day but the game looked that bad on my hd screen it was making my eyes bleed. I had to turn it off

We all know it's coming.

What's interesting is the footage's 2.35:1 aspect ratio. That's a ratio generally only used for movies.

Given Ico used a 16:9 aspect ratio for its cutscenes, it would make sense for them to use a 2.35:1 ratio for cutscenes in a remake. That means the footage shown at CEDEC may be a very good sign as to what is to come.

It also implies any such port is being done with more care than, say, the God of War ports. Fumito Ueda has expressed in the past that he'd look into seeing if his team could do a port, which gives me hope that this port is being done in-house, overseen by Ueda himself, rather than handed off to some random third party like God of War I/II.

I am excite.
