The part wasnt there when you first posted it and you know it. Anyway...

Did I said the forum was any indication of the masses? Im repeating: Between, by "nobody", who do you mean? There certainly is a lot of people here on the forum talking about Move everyday (so its not nobody, see previous question).

I guess you meant mass media? Because the masses have never talk of any unreleased video-game product. Between, dont be surprise if some users question your neutrality when your exagerating as much.

No point in arguing, you clearly did some chopping.

Well I'm talking about the masses. You using this forum as an example just shows we weren't on the same page.

All I said is the Kinect is getting more attention than Move. That's not exagerating, its reality.

You said "Nobody talks about the Move and its coming really soon." I was simply pointing out there is people talking about it here. Hence my question, who is nobody? I was using the forum as example that its not nobody, I could have aswell use my neighbor. Im not trying to prove PSMove will be a success, im demonstrating you your exageration.

I see, you thought I was being literal when I said, "nobody". This is a great discussion we just had.

Saying that it's true doesn't make it so. If you don't provide actual evidence to prove that you know what the rest of the world thinks, nobody will care to believe you.

Granted, I don't have a link stating which is getting more attention.

I still can't help but think the Kinect is getting more attention just based on what I've seen around the internets. MS seems to be marketing, demonstrations get a lot of attention (both positive and negative), they are touring the Kinect, and pre-orders seem to be doing much better than Move. Feel free to sway my opinion if you can.

Or lets just move on, I can go either way.

You don't have to keep replying if you don't want to. I'm honestly not trying to change your opinion, I'm just trying to force you to support it in a coherent way.

All of the things you've just stated about Microsoft's support for Kinect is also true for Move. They run tours, have marketed with partnerships in Coke and Subway commercials, and have even had interviews on news shows like MSNBC.

Also remember that the preorders for Kinect games don't necessarily point to that peripheral succeeding in a bigger way than Move, although I can see it beating Move in initial sales. Many Microsoft products seem to be fairly front-loaded. Not everybody will be getting the Sports Champions bundle (and we don't know whether the bundle is included in the preorder stats). Some will get a standalone controller without buying any of the release games until the hardware proves itself on already-released products like Heavy Rain. This is my plan. So even though I'm getting the Move, the preorder numbers don't show it. Then there are the undecided people. 3 of my friends are interested in Move but will only consider it after they see it demonstrated at person (with me, as I'm the one getting it). One of them doesn't own a PS3 and has played Xbox systems his whole life. This may all be anecdotal evidence but it still applies in the sense that the initial sales for the Move games don't necessarily reflect on the sales of the hardware.

Kinect is a different story as it requires developers to make games specifically for it. Because of this fact the preorders for its games are directly linked to the sales it will have upon release.

Please read all of that before responding.

I think this discussion is pretty pointless. I don't even know what we are discussing anymore.

I remember I was talking about how the Move is too similar to the Wiimote and that'll turn off consumers. Now we're debating marketing...

Perhaps its time to move on.

I'm expanding on the points that you made. If you don't have anything else to back up your unfounded claims, then just say so.

Some of its claims and some is opinions.

All this expanding is getting away from the original point... whatever that was.

Fine. Fine. I thought I might be able to stuff some sense into you but you just go ahead like you always have, twisting peoples comments to fit your own perceptions. Just continue ignoring points that have been established and inserting your own biased, uneducated and unfounded claims like it's god's gift to mankind.

I can tell your tired of being disproven, so unless you absolutely must get the last word, just stop. You can't be fixed.
