You don't have to keep replying if you don't want to. I'm honestly not trying to change your opinion, I'm just trying to force you to support it in a coherent way.
All of the things you've just stated about Microsoft's support for Kinect is also true for Move. They run tours, have marketed with partnerships in Coke and Subway commercials, and have even had interviews on news shows like MSNBC.
Also remember that the preorders for Kinect games don't necessarily point to that peripheral succeeding in a bigger way than Move, although I can see it beating Move in initial sales. Many Microsoft products seem to be fairly front-loaded. Not everybody will be getting the Sports Champions bundle (and we don't know whether the bundle is included in the preorder stats). Some will get a standalone controller without buying any of the release games until the hardware proves itself on already-released products like Heavy Rain. This is my plan. So even though I'm getting the Move, the preorder numbers don't show it. Then there are the undecided people. 3 of my friends are interested in Move but will only consider it after they see it demonstrated at person (with me, as I'm the one getting it). One of them doesn't own a PS3 and has played Xbox systems his whole life. This may all be anecdotal evidence but it still applies in the sense that the initial sales for the Move games don't necessarily reflect on the sales of the hardware.
Kinect is a different story as it requires developers to make games specifically for it. Because of this fact the preorders for its games are directly linked to the sales it will have upon release.
Please read all of that before responding.

I think this discussion is pretty pointless. I don't even know what we are discussing anymore.
I remember I was talking about how the Move is too similar to the Wiimote and that'll turn off consumers. Now we're debating marketing...
Perhaps its time to move on.

I'm expanding on the points that you made. If you don't have anything else to back up your unfounded claims, then just say so.
