No, it was at E3. Taito distributes the Mama games in Japan, while Majesco does in America. They're developed by a Japanese company who used to be known as "Office Create" but changed their name to "Cooking Mama Inc." after the first game was a hit.

No offense, but worldwide this will probably outsell Nier, Mindjack, Gun Loco and Front Mission Evolved all combined. Hell, it's probably going to even outsell some of the Eidos stuff like Just Cause 2, Kane & Lynch 2 or Deus Ex 3.

Doubt it. Shovelware are starting to die. That's why ubisoft are whinning now more than ever.

Casual=/=shovelware. Games without loads or production values=/=shovelware. Games you don't like=/=shovelware.

That term is not something you can just, well, shovel onto anything you think should be that.
