Definitely the first one (despite the typo on the side of the box art).
What I hate about the second one is the mix of an official art + a 3D model. It just looks bad in my opinion, especially if the 3D model's colors don't match at all with the official one.
Random game thought :
Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...
