What are some of the hardest boss fights you've encounter while playing a game? It can be any type of Boss and when I mean hardest, I mean it was so hard that it either made you rage quit or make you wanna throw your controller at your TV or anything along these lines.

One of my toughest boss fights was in Kingdom Hearts trying to defeat Sephiroth. I tried many differen stradegies but still wasn't able to able to either dodgeroll or glide away from him when required. He annoyed the shit outta me in KH and still up to this day, I have been unable to beat him. But I got my revenge in KH II and kicked his ass :D.

Holy... How come I can't remember any difficult boss fight?

Not that I am a really skilled gamer. Actually, I'm just on the other side of the spectrum.

god id have to agree with you sephiroth from KH1 was just unbeatable i never won him

hmm um i guess kingdom hearts 1 i put a cheat code in in for unlimited health but when i got to the final boss it didnt work anymore. I dont know if this was squares doing or what but the code reversed and gave the final boss unlimited health. Didnt notice for like so long lol.

Omega Weapon for FFVIII was a pain in my ass.

This gen, I'd have to say the hardest bosses for me were all from Demon's Souls. Maneater on playthrough 2 was a real PITA. 

The Dark Aeons and Penance weren't tough, the preparation for them just took ages. The only one which was vaguely challenging was having to fight the three Dark Magus sisters together, especially as I was stuck with only 2 characters for nearly all of the battle. Penance himself was just a test of concentration....

I never even tried Sephiroth in Kingdom Hearts, I knew he was too hard

The hardest boss of this generation I can think of is General RAAM from Gears of War 1

the entire of megaman 3 made me swear more than any other event in my life

Theres two I remember. One from an old Mario game on the Game Boy, the name of which I cant remember. Used to play it a before school club. There were these 3 fat pigs which you had to beat, the first one rolled, the second jumped and the third did a higher jump. It took me ages to beat the third one although the first two werent a problem.

The next was on Metroid Prime Hunters for the DS. Remember you had to find this crystal-like things to unlock something, and the bosses that guarded them were a nightmare. On the third one I got so close to beating it but I made a mistke and died. Wasnt able to play it ever again, and traded it in years ago.
