What do you guys think? (keep in mind inFamous 2 still has a while to go before release also)

Wow, Infamous felt very slow compared to Infamous 2. There is always something lighting up, blowing up, and Cole is in the middle of it. I love the fact that the platforming is much faster compared to the first game. Big improvement in my eyes.

Actually thought the difference would be a bit bigger. Still a nice looking game.

Gonna be fun.

Wow,  man did Sucker Punch learn alot since inFamous.   The difference is huge.

Even in HD... hard to see any real difference between the two. Still, not worried about how the game looks as inFamous still looks fine to me.

Did notice something utterly lame with inFamous2. While he's platforming, the next object to jump on and use is highlighted white. I didn't notice it before but once you do notice it, it's hard to unnotice considering how dark the area was. I hope that's just because of the demo. The game already doesn't look very challenging.

EDIT: Watched the second video. Really unneeded cinematics while fighting... and melee killing enemies still seems to easy.

Would also like to add that the comparison isn't very good. inF2 you have Cole going face to face with enemies while in inF1 you have him keeping a distance with pure long distance attacks.

First clip, the dude in InF1 keeps stopping way too much. I could have handle that area much better. It's also being compared to a a scene in inF2 that like had it's area tailored for platforming in that scene. Comparing mission to free roaming isn't very useful.

lol......There's an instant difference when seeing the two in HD. Textures, aliasing, animations are all improved in the sequel.

I couldn't notice any. Cole in the the inF1 section of the video was bearly moving compared to inF2 who was mid-mission and had to rush so animation would of course be more noticeable in inF2. Everything else, picture wasn't sharp and clear enough for me to notice any of that by any significant margin.
