Well, if they didn't get Microsoft's permission, Microsoft would still be kinda dumb to sue them and get the commercial off the tv. It basically advertises Halo for anybody who has seen the game before (I know some of the things aren't in halo).

Money can't buy happiness. Just video games, which make me happy.
