Quit being a cheapskate and buy a 360 if you want to play it so badly.

That's not the point. I own all of them on the 360 and I own the PC games. Sometimes I just prefer playing on the PC.

Windows offers GFWL, it would be nice to see them support it a little more.

not happening unless MS has gone bonkers

Well it took about 3 years for Halo 2 to get ported to the PC.

If MS wants to put out something major to compete with Steam. Halo 3 and ODST would be excellent choices.

Also, Halo 3 is going to be less relevant on the 360 with Reach coming.

i have an xbox and i have halo 3 and odst and am going to get reach considering i am a millionaire it is obvious i can buy it. it is just halo 1 on pc and halo 2 even though it was 3 years later were superior versions and i would still buy them if they had new features . halo 1 pc added online , halo 2 provided better match finding. plus they would really save gfwl.

So what features exactly did they leave out of Reach? I would say this is the most feature packed FPS of all time. If you can name a feature they left out I'd like to hear it. And congrats on being a millionaire. Owning a 360, Halo 3, and ODST surely proves that.

But... Pc gamers have higher standards. Halo, while still fun, wouldn't stand out as much and wouldn't garner the sales required.

I'm getting really sick of hearing this. FPSs are FPSs no matter the platform. Just because PC gamers have their way of doing FPSs and consoles are more accessible allowing for a wider audience doesn't mean PC gamers have higher standards. Mouse and Keyboard doesn't = higher standards.  In fact I used to be a strictly PC gamer when it came to FPSs back in the Quake 3 Arena and Unreal Tournament days. That was until I played Halo 2 4 player split screen for the first time at my friends house. Sure I played Goldeneye on N64 but Halo was in another universe. The first console shooter to give that PC competitive feeling. Halo is easily on par with any shooter on the PC. I don't care if the PC has a higher resolution or better graphics but you don't get that ability to get with a few of your friends and gather around the big screen and play some 4 player split screen of Halo.

And please don't say I'm some FPS newb and don't know what I'm talking about. I'd love to challenge you or anyone you know to some Q3Arena on PC. Its the last PC game I played competitively.

does the fact that i own over 30 buildings in new york and that i make a lot of money from Viacom prove that

The fact that you don't know correct punctuation and grammar makes an argument against it.
