FEAR, SIREN and Dead Space should be on that list. Metro 2033, Doom 3 and Resident Evil aren't scary at all...

Well, the scariest game I've played is Silent Hill for PSone. Everything else doesn't come close. One game that could be on the top 5 is Call of Cthulhu, scary shit :S
