Common sense, people. Just as the 360 improved several fold in 2006 over its 2005 numbers, the PS3 and Wii are doing the same in 07 over their 06 numbers.

 

I dont believe the PS3 was ever supply constrained - was it? I dont remember a time when it was "sold" out everywhere, and I believe it took longer then they thought to sell through their first shipment right?

The PS3 sold out from November through early January, right after launch.

However, this was/is in stark contrast to the fact that very, very few systems see available stock in January - Even the X360 was supply constrained in Europe and the US until March.
