Well that is VERY easy.

Just do the following:

1. Click on the "HTML" button in the reply pop-up

2a. Write       <span style="color: #ffffff;">           (insert your desired colour code from here: http://www.computerhope.com/htmcolor.htm ) (the #ffffff stands for white)

3. Write your text

 

Nowyouseefunkycolours

 

EDIT:

2b. For changing the background colour, write                  <span style="background-color: #ffffff;">

4. End the colouration with the command      </span>
