What do 360 owners who didn't play ME1 do?

exactly.
regardless me2 is one of this years highest rated games, which can now be played on ps3 in january along with all content on disc.

Exactly Exactly.
ME3 MUST be playable on a 360 with no ME1 (or ME2 for that matter)game data. That is no different in any way shape or form to ME2&3 being on PS3. It's mind numbingly stupid to think that a pre-requisit of playing ME3 on 360 is that you must have played ME1 and 2. It's quite simple really. If you load up ME3 onto a system that has no ME1 infortmation on it then the game will make some "default" decisions regarding things that would be affected by choices made in ME1. If you have the ME1 data then the game will bring those choices through into ME3. People really should think before they whine.
The only people losing out in this are PS3 owners, because they automatically get the "default" options, whereas the 360 owners get the choice as to whether they play ME1 first, or just go with the default choices.
That's assuming BioWare don't do something with the PS3 port of ME2 to bring those essential elements of ME1 across. It would still mean PS3 owners have a gimped experience of ME1, but they still get to make some of the most significant choices, and carry them forward. BioWare could tell the ME1 tale in a less interactive, Heavy Rain style where the story runs like a movie, but at certain points of the story you have to choose what you want to have happen and that then directs the game on an irreversable path.
So we know ME1 on 360 is exclusive, but what if BioWare ports the PC version of ME1 to PS3? Can MS prevent that?
