If you guys promise there are no ME2 spoilers, I'll read this thread.

I can't promise shit from nothing about that sort of thing. Spoilers are marked when I make them, though.

@marcrosmg:

Normal for your first playthrough should be fine. No, the game's nt too hard. Some parts will be tough until you learn how to do it, but nowadays I play on noting but Insanity because anything else would be too easy.

Thanks. I thought so. Its just that, as a kid, I always played games first on Easy.

As I got older, I played them on Normal. But there are some games nowadays, specially FPS with generous checkpoints, that I play on Hard straight away.

Since ME2 battle system seems a bit more complex (powers, different kinds of ammo), I should play normal first just to get used to it.

Thanks. Cant wait till january.

I did it! Today I am a real Vanguard.

I fought the Geth Colossus a few minuts ago and killed it, straight-up, at point-blank range.

Keep in mind I'm playing a Vanguard on Insanity and it becomes a bit more impressive. I feel invincible. This is my favorite class bar none.

Who made the decision at EA to realease good ME 2 DLC and perhaps the only Dragon Age DLC that I'd find interesting on the same day? I'd really like to avoid blowing $100 in September, and this isn't going to get me off to a great start.

themanwithnoname's law: As an America's sales or NPD thread grows longer, the probabilty of the comment "America = World" [sarcasticly] being made approaches 1.

If you have to prioritize, I trust you will make the right decision.

Morrigan is giving me an evil glare right now!

I should really play Dragon Age soon but I can't stop playing Mass Effect!

I need to get Mass Effect back from my brother-in-law. Then I can start from scratch and save Wrex (hopefully). I might just save Kaiden to see how that plays out as well.

is the lair of the shadow broker dlc going to be the last dlc released for me2? or does bioware have more planned?

It's the first DLC that will bridge the gap between ME2 and ME3. I thin we can anticipate more in the future.

Sorry to keep bringing up Dragon Age, but if anything Khuutra, I'd be interested in what you thought of the characters in the game. One of the reasons I like your Mass Effect threads so much is because you do a great job of analyzing party members and their motivations.
