Front Mission 3 coming to PSN/PSP

Square Enix has announced it will be releasing Front Mission 3 on both PlayStation Network and PSP.

The tactical role-playing game first appeared on the original PlayStation in Japan on September 9, 1999,

and later in North America on March 22, 2000.

It was the first title in the Front Mission series to be released in North America.

Square are currently readying Front Mission Evolved for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360, so are using this release as a way

for fans to reacquaint themselves with a classic game from the series.

No price or date has yet been announced for Front Mission 3.

You know what? FUCK YEAH, that's what. This is the only turn based strategy game that I enjoyed more than FF Tactics. I regret that I traded this game in to buy my PS2 and seeing this game (along with Crash Team Racing) available on the European PSN and not in the US was the reason I hated all foreigners. With this news, I can open my heart again.

People, this game is a big deal. I liked it more than Front Mission 4. When it comes out, check it out!

^^^Both, I think. Just like the first Soul Calibur got re-released right before Soul Calibur 4, they're releasing the PS1 version of Front Mission in preparation for the new one that's coming out. It may backfire, though. I probably put 100 hours into Front Mission 3, back in the day. By the time the new one comes out, I may be burned out.
