I don't think that is actually a rule is it? If the time runs out and we haven't lynched someone we don't lynch anyone.

He's got like 24 hours to respond: if he's not back before then I'd rather lynch someone than just no lynch by default.

Um, no, the player doesn't get lynched until after he gives his defense.

It's an unspoken rule kind of.

If we reach majority and Squill hasn't defend himself, he'd be given a chance, at least until the timer ran out.

Do you honestly think that any mod would let someone be lynched without letting them have a proper defense? Of course not.

And would you really think I'd be so underhanded to convince the town to kill someone without letting them have a defense?
