Well, if you're considering Resident Evil 4 PC as a sequel to Resident Evil 3 PC, then I'd say the game was an improvement.

akiba ws one ov the few gud things in mgs4. th rest ws a convoluted plot and stupid western inspired gameplay. in th end i blame how mgs2 was for mgs4 being disappointng. kojima tried to imporve th plot mistakes he made with mgs2 in mgs4, bt they wer too much.

Deus Ex: Invisible War

Held back technically due to the technical limitations of X-box 1, completely dumbed down for a console audience but ruined the game for both audiences, removed the vast majority of RPG elements and had characters that just didn't feel right. You could kill one characters wife and they'd say one line and give you your next mission... wtf?! Couldn't believe how such a great game as Deus Ex could have spawned such a piss-poor sequel.

MGS 2 is the best in the series, a critical and commercial sucess only MGS4 can compare. The jump in gameplay from MSG1 to MSG2 is HUGE, huge improvement.

DMC2 is the worst sequel ever.
