I just got a Japanese Wii to compliment my Japanese PS3 could I get some recommendations for some cool games particularly RPGs and action/ action adventure games but any cool game suggestions would be very much appreciated.

I got a Japanese 60GB PS3 because of the PS1/PS2 B/C which is not region free.

You could also get Tales of Graces, or you might want to wait for the PS3 version
Looking at your game collection, the Wii is your first Nintendo platforms, so I would really recommend getting some Nintendo points and to download some classic games. As you like RPGs, the likes of Secret of Mana, Super Mario RPG, the 2 Ogre Battles, Shining Force 1 and 2, the Phantasy Star games and Romancing SaGa are highly recommended. (Haven't played the last one as it is Japan only, but I've heard only good things about it)
You don't seem to have Okami for your PS2, that is definitely worth a purchase
As you don't have a Gamecube, get some GC games, either by Wii re-releases (such as Pikmin 1 and 2) or buying them in original format.
As you've got Disgaia, you might quite like Fire Emblem: RD, but you might want to play the GC one before
The likes of Super Mario Galaxy 1 and 2, Zelda, Metroid, Little King's Story and SSBBrawl are amazing, but I'm sure you'll hear that from almost everyone else
Do the games have to be Japan only releases (e.g. Xenoblade, Tales of Graces and Reginleiv which have all so far come out only in Japan) or can they be any Wii game that has come out in Japan, regardless of whether they have also been published elsewhere?
If the latter, then fairly recent games that come to mind are:
Monster Hunter Tri , Fragile, Arc Rise Fantasia (in Japanese! NOT the Western version), Shiren the Wanderer, Silent Hill : Shatterred Memories, Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess (ok this one is not failry recent 
), Muramasa, Sin and Punishment 2.
I could recommend many more, I just had to stop somewhere. And I didn't even touch Wiiware and the VC.

Yes any suggestions are grate It is a Japanese Version Wii so it is reign locked for Japanese Versions.
