Since Sims 3, WoW: TBC, WoW: WotLK are certain to reach 10 millions (if they haven't already), plus Starcraft 2's stunning debut, we will start the count at 4.
So far we got:
Sims 3
WoW: The Burning Crusade
WoW: Wrath of the Lich King
Starcraft 2
Upcoming Titles:
Civilization V
World of Warcraft: Cataclysm
Starcraft 2: Heart of the Swarm
Starcraft 2: Legacy of the Void
Diablo 3
Guild Wars 2
Final Fantasy XIV
Star Wars: The Old Republic
Already Released with outside chances:
Spore (Amazing sales which may very well continue for years)
Call of Duty 4 (Amazing sales, somewhat hindered by yearly release strategy)
Plants vs Zombies (fastest-selling Popcap game, and that says ALOT)
Portal (millions were sold at $0 some time ago)
My guess is we will probably have around 8 or maybe even 9 titles to reach 10 millions this gen.

The bolded will be lucky to get HALF of 10 Million
anyway I'd say a few including SIms 3, Starcrafts n so on

Civ V will sell for ages, and will no doubt be the best seller of the series at least. GW2 and SW:TOR are long shots though.
But Final Fantasy XIV?! That game will sell like crack! FF11 was by far the most successful game Square Enix has ever had, and it could very well have sold 10 millions. FF11 still has 500k subscribers! FFXIV has everything to succeed and break the 10 millions sales barrier.

I agree that FF11 is probably the most "successful FF" in terms of "profits" cus apparently in 2009 FF11 made a profit of $100 Million, which is astoundingly good.
BUT in terms of ACTUAL SALES I highly highly doubt FF11 got anywhere over 4 Million, the shipped data we got from S-E actually showed FF11 at around 3 Million Shipped a few years ago.
But FFXIV looks to blow FF11 sales out of the water judging by its currently strong pre-orders and PS3 release. However this doesn't mean its gonna suddenly get to 10 Million, probably 4 - 5 Million.
