I'm just gonna miss getting Microsoft's Achievements in Fallout: New Vegas twice. :/

But then again I always have my 2000 Achievements to get in Dawn of War 2 so I'm not complaining.

You can still get Steam achievements for Fallout: New Vegas

You can still get Steam achievements for Fallout: New Vegas

I have a huge combined total of zero Steam acievements. Those just aren't the achievements that matter to me :'(

But it is all good though, to each his own!

I fail to see what's so bad about GFWL. I prefer their achievement system over Steam and I've bought a few games.

But in my opinion if they really want to compete with Steam and just be more relevant, they gotta start porting some of their 360 games to the PC. Of course make them available only through GFWL.

Putting aside the earlier titles where Microsoft actually thought that I should pay to play online (really, how idiotic did they think PC gamers are?) the most recent game which I have had the pleasure of playing is DoWII and the multiplayer feels very slow, very disconnected, very sterile, and a fucking pain in the ass to set up.

Also what the fuck does "they have better achivement system" even fucking mean? It's a goddamned plaque saying you did something, it's the exact same shit across all games.

Getting a game together is painfully slow, most of the time it all feels like I am playing with bots, there is zero sense of community, no room for mods, and the initial logging in took 10 more minutes than it should have taken me to play online.
